This viewpoint, at an altitude of 340m, is located by the Regional Road, EN2-1A parish of Maia, municipality of Ribeira Grande. It is also an area for picnics with grills and WC facilities. There is a parking lot and access for physically disabled people. From this viewpoint, you have a view over Ponta do Cintrão and the Volcanic Massif of Sete Cidades and Pico da Vara.
