This viewpoint, at an altitude of 567m, is located by the Regional Road EN2-1A, parish of Furnas, municipality of Povoação. You can sight most of Furnas Protected Landscape Area, from which stands out the lake Lagoa das Furnas with its fumaroles and hot springs, as well as the picturesque parish. There is a parking lot and access for physically disabled people.
