Located in a cliff area about 415m high, on the northern slope of the island, the Terra Alta viewpoint is located between the parishes of Santo Amaro and Ribeirinha and provides one of the most extraordinary experiences of wonder over the immensity of the Atlantic that unites Pico and São Jorge, as well as the entire southern slope of this island. It features a cantilevered construction designed on the verdant grandeur of the cliff.
