This viewpoint is located at the Regional Road towards Santo Espírito and offers magnificent views over the southern coast of Santa Maria, namely the parishes of Vila do Porto and Almagreira. From this point, it is also possible to contemplate Pico do Facho and the Nature Reserve of Vila Islet.
